You are invited to a webinar hosted by the California Virtual Campus - Online Education Initiative (CVC-OEI) focused on the functionality and benefits associated with the online course exchange, with a specific emphasis on articulation officers and departments.

This webinar serves as the perfect opportunity for DSPS staff and counselors to become more informed about the CVC Exchange and the ways in which they can continue to support student completion. This session will focus on the CVC Exchange cross-enrollment registration processes, as well as the Exchange as an important, new resource that counselors and students can include in their education planning toolkit. Participants will receive a functional walk-through of the Exchange and have the opportunity to get all of their Exchange-related questions answered.
Follow-Up Office Hour
This webinar serves as the perfect opportunity for admissions and records staff to become more informed about the CVC Exchange and the ways in which they can continue to support student completion. Participants will receive a functional walk-through of the Exchange, with an emphasis on cross-enrollment processes, the Abbreviated Enrollment Record (AER), and tasks and responsibilities specific to admissions and records professionals and departments. Attendees will also have the opportunity to get all of their Exchange-related questions answered.
