Thank you for your participation in the OEI Online Counseling Experience Survey. This questionnaire contains questions about using Cranium Café to access online college counseling. Your responses to these items will help program administrators understand how to improve online counseling and Cranium Café to better support students. Responding to the questionnaire is voluntary and may take between 10 to 15 minutes. Your responses will be confidential and will not be shared with your counselor or anyone else. Program evaluators will be aggregating all student responses to provide a summary of students’ experiences with online counseling and Cranium Café specifically to program leaders.
