Monday Session: Social Engineering

A social engineering attack is when an bad actor attempts to take advantage of an unsuspecting user in order to obtain confidential information or the means to access that information. Omer Usmani, Senior Security Analyst with the CCC Technology Center, will cover the most common social engineering methods - workflow, direct phone solicitation, physical access, and phishing - and what to do if you suspect you have been targeted.

Tuesday Session: Self-paced Accessibility Training Modules

Learn about NEW accessibility training modules created by the Accessibility Standards Working Group and available to college practitioners through the Vision Resource Center. Lene' Whitley-Putz, Dean of Instructional Technology at Foothill College, will provide an overview of these self-paced training modules and how you can access them.
