Online lab sciences leverage innovative strategies and technology to meet traditional lab learning outcomes. Nick DeMello teaches chemistry lab classes online for both non-major students and science majors. Mark Blaser has been investigating resources for chemistry labs with potential use in both hybrid and fully online courses. In this Share Showcase webinar, Mark will share his list of resources and discuss their relative efficacy for online chem labs. Nick will discuss challenges, pedagogy, and methods of doing experimental chemistry with examples from his fully online chemistry course.
