November 2024 CVC Exchange Release Notes

Production Updates

NEW Exchange Administrator Dashboard Layout and Filters!

The Enrollment Details Report has a new look! To improve data collection and streamline pending request searches, the filters now include a multi-select drop downs in order to identify specific populations. A few new additional enhancements include:

  • An updated enrollment and registration status legend
  • More transparency in the student journey and the application workflow
  • A new field for Business Offices to view the student's payment status

For more information, please read Parchment's Release 1.1.2 Note.

Shared Application Delivery

In our June Release Notes, we identified issues with SuperGlue delivery of shared applications. Unfortunately, this issue continued to persist as we experienced latency with the delivery of shared applications. The CCC Tech Center transitioned to a new workflow at the end of October, which has been producing successful deliveries. If your college or district notices missing applications, please contact support@cvc.edu and we will reattempt the delivery.

Improved Keyword Search Results

Based on user feedback and beta testing, the CVC released an improved keyword search on October 15th. The new keyword search is intended to help students find classes that closely align with the “keyword” input. Currently, the keyword search result is based on an exact or close match of the keyword in either the course code or the course title. This new search utilizes an algorithm based on the keyword used in the course code, title, and course description.

To send us feedback and suggestions, please use the survey available on the course results page.
