Federal Financial Aid Consortium Agreement
The Federal Financial Aid Consortium Agreement is a written agreement between two or more Title IV eligible institutions enabling students to take coursework at different institutions simultaneously for the purpose of completing a degree while recognizing registration at each location for financial aid purposes. Required for Home College Readiness status.

How to Sign the Federal Financial Aid Consortium Agreement
Colleges must electronically sign the Federal Financial Aid Consortium Agreement using Adobe Acrobat.
Hardcopies are not accepted.
Instructions
- Download the Financial Aid Agreement (pdf).
- Follow the instructions to electronically sign and date the agreement. Two (2) signatures are required on the Federal Financial Aid Consortium Agreement:
- Financial Aid Director or Designee
- President or Designee
- Once the Financial Aid Director signs the agreement, it must be forwarded to the College President or Designee. You are encouraged to download a copy of their completed agreement
when both signatures have been executed. - Once both signatures are received, the college must send a pdf copy of the signed agreement to the CVC via support@cvc.edu

To review your college’s status, visit the CVC Exchange – College Implementation Tracker. Once your college has signed the Financial Aid Consortium Agreement, it will be noted on the tracker.
