Accessibility Office Hours – Let’s Demystify Video Captioning

The videos you create for your students are SO important and reinforce course content as well as improve student engagement! Providing captions (it’s the law) is equally important and at times can be confusing.
Join us for this Accessibility Office Hours to learn basic techniques to create and edit captions for the videos you create using tools such as YouTube, Amara, or 3C Media to provide accurate captions with correct spelling, punctuation and capitalization.
The Accessibility Office Hours offer the opportunity to ask questions and share best practices regarding web, document, and assistive technology accessibility issues. Audience participation is always welcome! These sessions are not recorded, so please join us at the scheduled time.
