Join us for a presentation and discussion focused on session quality review. How do you observe online tutoring sessions? Do you join as a third participant in real-time or watch session recordings? What is different for scoring an online tutoring sessions vs an in-person session; what is similar? NetTutor will present the online tutoring QC rubric that is used to evaluate our tutors. The presentation will include an overview of the Supervisor role in Pisces for observing campus tutors in real-time and the Administrator Dashboard to review recorded sessions.
