STAR-CA is an independent consortium of participating California Community Colleges (CCC) where members share online tutoring availability via the Pisces platform, generously funded by CVC through the CCC Chancellor's Office. STAR-CA offers live, drop-in tutoring. Students can connect with a live tutor and get private, one-on-one tutoring in real time.
